想当初，刚穿上白衣蓝裙，还懵懂的我们已经上了初中三。今年，可说是我们最具挑战性的一年。这是因为我们需要经历中三评估（PT3），而且还需要为我们中五的学姐们举办欢送会。我们从一月份开始筹备，为的只是给学姐们留下一个美丽又深刻的欢送会记忆。一开始，我们就像一只无头苍蝇一样，很多事情都显得很狼狈。所幸有中四的学姐们的帮忙，才能使筹备过程都顺利地发展。在这过程中，我们互相帮忙，互相扶持，乐融融地一起走过这美丽，值得留恋的一刻。

是的，我们在准备的过程中，发生了摩擦，这可是使我们的友谊更坚固。在举办一个活动时，或许每个人都有自己的意见，可是我们要学会包容，少数服从多数，不要一味的只坚持自己的意见。我们哭过，笑过，这才是成长。欢送会那天，学姐们都很享受，而我们却有点心惊胆跳，生怕对老师和学姐们的招待不周。是的，我觉得这个欢送会会使我们成长，学会了更坚强、更团结、更棒！

Majlis perpisahan lembaga pengawas telah dianjurkan dengan berjayanya pada 15 Julai 2015, iaitu hari Rabu. Majlis tersebut bermula pada pukul 12.00 tengah hari dan bersurai pada pukul 7.00 malam. Pada hari tersebut, guru besar dan guru-guru memberi ajaran dan cadangan kepada para pengawas. Pengawas-pengawas juga memberi kerjasama yang jitu untuk menjayakan majlis perpisahan ini. Tujuan majlis tersebut diadakan adalah untuk membalas jasa dan budi yang dicurahkan oleh pengawas-pengawas tingkatan 5 dan 6. Jasa mereka yang banyak berbakti kepada lembaga pengawas seharusnya sentiasa diperingati dan dikenangi.

Pengawas tingkatan 3 menyambut kedatangan pengawas tingkatan 5 dengan tepukan gemuruh.

Pengawas-pengawas menghayati tayangan video yang disediakan oleh pengawas tingkatan 3 dengan puas hati.

Pengawas berhimpun bersama-sama sebelum majlis tersebut tamat.

经过这次的委员大会，我很荣幸，亦感恩能够被选为2015/16年的副总学长。我会尽我全力与所有学长合力让学长团更上一层楼，把学长团推向另一个高峰 。我亦会与另一位副总齐彦协力打理好学长团。身为一位副总，我会负责任，并尽我最大的努力完成我的使命，以身作则，做个好领袖，带领学长们克服一切难题，迈向成功的大道。此外，我会时刻提升自己的领导能力，带领学长们打造出一个更美好、更团结的学长团。当然，最重要的是我自身的态度。身为副总固然有一定的压力及挑战，这是在所难免的，所以我们应协力克服并解决它。俗话说得好：“只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针”，因此我相信只要凭着大家努力，坚持且不畏惧困难的精神，学长团的表现会愈来愈好的，让大家为学长团而感到自豪！

通过这次委员大会，我被选为2015及2016年的副总学长。我很高兴，也很荣幸能当选此职。我会竭尽全力和另一位副总学长，靖雯，两位文书，财政以及所有同龄学长打理好学长团，把学长团推向另一个更好，更高的境界。此外，我也会虚心地向学姐们学习。身为一名副总学长，首先要注意的便是自己的形象与态度，以身作则，立一个好榜样给学妹们，引领她们走向正途，做一个好学长。我会时时刻刻注意自己的衣着整洁，一踏入校门，便要有副总学长应有的风范。我也会不断提升自己的领导能力，让所有同龄学长和学妹齐心协力，一起努力打造出更团结的学长团。虽然，副总学长会背负着很多压力，但这是在所难免的，我们唯一能做的就只有勇敢的面对它，克服它，不畏惧的去解决所面对的问题，而不是怨天尤人。“一分耕耘，一分收获”，我相信，只要我们一起共同努力，一定能将学长团办得更好，让学长团犹如那雨后的彩虹在天空中绽放异彩。

AGM Kedua Lembaga Pengawas 2015 telah diadakan di dewan sekolah pada 15 Julai 2015 dari 10.00pagi hingga 11.50 pagi.

Cik Ng sedang memberi ucapan dan nasihat kepada para pengawas supaya mereka mendapat prestasi yang baik dalam bidang akademik dan bidang kokurikulum.

姓名：黄佳敏 训练营名称：全国中学生干部训练营 地点：新山宽柔中学 日期：2015年5月31日- 6月3日

对于这次参加青少年艺术坊所举办的全国中学生干部训练营，我想还有机会的话，我还会再去。这个训练营很特别，我们进行的活动由主办单位策划，却都是由营员负责执行。每位营员要负责的职位是到了报到后才知道的，是要在短时间认识自己完全不熟悉的工作，然后把它完成。这个是可以训练学生的应对能力的。

这个训练营主要把营员分为两大部——干部和活动部，而我就是被分到活动部。干部主要是要领导营员的，而活动部就是被领导的。一开始我对这个分配觉得很反感。“要领导别人之前，要先学会被领导”这句话是一位指导员说的，是让我改变我面对这个训练营的态度重要因素。是这句话让我开始反省我只希望领导别人，而不想听别人指示，这种糟糕的性格。所以我会改过的。

我原本想，既然我是被领导的一方，我就是来学会听从他人的指示而已，但后来我渐渐发现我要做的是向那些领导我们的人学习，以人之长补己之短。我发现的是，我们可以采用他人的领导方式，也可以想想自己面对那样领导的方式时的感受，再从中取之精华，创造出属于自己风格的领导方式。这是我在那三个晚上想出来的结果。 四百多位中学生参加了这次的训练营，大家被分配到各个部门。这个训练营需要的是所有营员和所有指导员的合作。就因为这样，我学到了如何与他人沟通。在这种情况下，我们与自己组别里的人是完全不认识的，我们却要在短时间内做到可以互相配合。要学习人与人之间的相处，这是一个很好的机会。

为了可以完全的跟着时间表顺利进行活动，我们都是用跑的方式移步。四百多位学生从食堂前的一个空地移步进食堂用时最短的记录是一分十二秒。这个记录的创造让人感觉无比兴奋，毕竟我们在第一天，一样距离却用了五分钟多。我们一天比一天进步，把认为的“不可能”都变成了“可能”，这个活动间接地让我们明白只要大家能够配合得好，什么事都可以完成的。这也证实了“团结力量大”。

另外，这个训练营有个活动——“三分钟战斗澡”，顾名思义就是要用三分钟洗好澡。而这个活动最难的是这三分钟还包括了把衣物穿好。虽然要洗头发的话可以另外使用水龙头洗，但是对我来说费时的是要把衣物穿好。这四天里，每当盥洗的时间要到时，我特别提不起劲，这对我来说简直就是煎熬。虽然说这个活动是没什么让我们学习，但我想这是一种体验吧!

The Board of Prefects joined the marching competition on the school’s Sports Day. After a series of practice and hard work of all the prefects, we won the second place in the competition. Congratulations for all of the prefects as all of them had tried their best! Regards for the discipline teachers who accompanied us during marching practices and gave us motivation, and to all our seniors who gave us guide during practices. Lastly, thanks for the hard work of all of the prefects, hope that we will do better next year.

The board of prefects’ motivation camp is held on 1/6/2015, Monday from 7.30 a.m. until 6.00 p.m. in the school compound. Early at 6.30 a.m.,the organizers, which are all the Form 4 prefects arrived at school to make early preparations for the camp. Everyone had their own duties. After fall-in and having breakfast, all of the prefects gathered in B1 classroom to attend the open ceremony. Seniors also gave some talk on paperwork exams. The prefects then attended the paperwork exam which lasted one and a half hours. Everyone did their best in the exams. The session later is case study, which gives the prefects a perfect chance to learn how to solve problems and thus maintain the discipline in school. After lunch, the prefects were divided into groups and played station games which are prepared by the stationers. Everyone had a fun time together. Next is the new game ‘Break the Code’ which the organizers are only starting it for the first year. The game required high order thinking to find out codes and passwords, which has a great effect on training the juniors to think rationally and logically. After the exciting game, every prefect tidied up the school compound and made sure everywhere is clean. They ten gathered at the canteen, which the prize-giving ceremony will be held. Various prizes are given out to those prefects who done well throughout the camp. Then, all of the prefects took photos with the discipline teachers as memories. The organizers then stayed back one hour to tidy up after the camp attendants went home. Special thanks for our discipline teachers, the hard work of the organizers and all the attendants, as all the prefects have learnt much during this camp.

Our head discipline teacher, Pn. Chu gave us a talk before the camp started.

Everyone had fun during the station games.

The prefects showed unity and teamwork while playing the ‘Break the Code’ game.

The teachers gave out prizes for those who done well throughout the camp.

All the prefects had photos with the teachers by the end of the camp.
